Distillery representative permit information

Distiller Representative Permit allows sales representatives to come to the State of Tennessee and show and/or sample their products to licensed wholesalers.

Steps to obtain the Distillers Representative permit:

1. Complete application. Form AB-0030

2. Complete affidavit. Form AB-0029

3. Send both forms, along with check or money order for $50.00
