Reverend Clinton Lewis has been the Pastor of Mount Hopewell Baptist Church, Nashville, TN since June 2002. Prior to his employment with Mount Hopewell Baptist Church, he worked from 1996-2002 as the Pastor of First Baptist Church of Hopewell, Old Hickory, TN; as a Community Development Manager from 2001-2007 at First Tennessee, Nashville, TN; and as a Financial Analyst II from 1995-2001 at First Tennessee, Nashville, TN.


Mr. Lewis's objective is to seek further advancement opportunities in the religious and educational communities. His qualifications include involvement in many community organizations.


Some of Mr. Lewis's activities include former member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Bethlehem Community Center; Chairman of the Board of Residential Resources, Inc.; Chairman of Mount Hopewell Community Development Corporation; graduate of the Young Leader's Council (1992); certificate of graduation from the Southeastern School of Commercial Lending (1996); Committee Member of the Mayor's Project for Student Success; and Committee Member of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce's Education Report Card Committee.


Mr. Lewis attended Lipscomb University, Nashville, TN and has a Masters of Theological Studies Degree. He also attended Middle Tennessee State University, Murfreesboro, TN, where he earned a B.B.A in Business Administration and Economics and Finance.
