Job Posting: DIDD Protection from Harm Quality Assurance Position

The DIDD Protection from Harm unit conducts administrative investigations related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation of persons supported in our system. This position will be responsible for reading and reviewing thoroughly written investigative reports and associated case file audits. These will be critical reviews, with a scoring system, to determine each Investigator’s compliance in their requirements of report writing. Upon completing the reviews, this position will also be responsible for analyzing and identifying any patterns of concern, and will report these patterns to the Director of Investigations. Other duties may also be assigned by the Director of Investigations. Qualifications include: proficiency in analytical reading/writing, time management skills, extensive knowledge in the operations of a provider agency, and experience working with individuals with intellectual and development disabilities and/or investigations.
