Tennessee Disability Pathfinder would like to invite YOU to our next Community Education Series.

How will the Affordable Healthcare Act affect access to healthcare?

  • Where can families seek assistance in determining how to access health insurance?
  • Where can Medicare recipients get answers to their healthcare coverage?
  • How can individuals with disabilities receive assistance for long-term care?
  • Where can individuals access information

If you are looking for answers to these questions and more, please come to the next Pathfinder Education Series. Speakers will discuss services their agencies provide to assist individuals throughout Middle Tennessee in accessing affordable healthcare.
