Trade Statistics--International Trade Administration

Other valuable information, such as a presentation profiling trends in U.S. trade, is also available at this link.
Foreign Trade--U.S. Census Bureau
The U.S. Census Bureau's website has a wealth of trade statistics. Clicking on "Data" will provide access to detailed export data, including an interesting chart listing the top 25 export commodities for each state, classified by HS Code.
