July 20, 2011 - Public Hearing on Sept. 16, 2011
The Department is proposing to change the numbering of Chapters 1200-01-13 Hazardous Substance Remedial Action, 1200-01-19 Standards for Testing and Cleaning Quarantined Clandestine Drug Sites, and 1200-01-17 Drycleaner Environmental Response Program to Chapters 0400-15-01, 0400-15-02 and 0400-15-03, respectively. There are no substantive changes proposed for these Chapters.
