Guidance Documents

Compliance Guidance Documents (CGDs) - CGDs set forth explanations of methods and the Division's expectations, practices, and procedures concerning release detection, corrosion protection and spill and overflow prevention.  Their intent is to provide consistency across the State.


Financial Guidance Documents - The Financial Guidance Document gives guidance and procedures for Financial Assurance Mechanisms.


Technical Guidance Documents (TGDs) - TGD's set forth explanations of the Division's expectations, practices, and procedures concerning guidance for assessment and remediation activities.
