Public Notices

Public Notification is required when a corrective action plan is sent to the division for review or when a site specific standard request is made at a site where corrective action has been done. A notice must be sent by certified mail to members of the public directly impacted by the petroleum release or the corrective action plan. Copies of these Public Notices are maintained at the Environmental Field Office and the central office.

January 23, 2012 - Public Hearing on March 13, 2012 to receive public comments on the proposed changes to clarify the requirements for operator training in the current rules.
