13.4	TCCMS ENCODING POLICY ON FAMILY MEMBERS	Table of Contents
	Only those household members determined to be included in the family household unit will be entered into the Tennessee Child Care Management System (TCCMS) and identified by the appropriate codes, e.g., “Children Needing Care”, “Other Family Members”, etc., in order to compute the correct eligibility and parent fees. Those individuals residing in the house who were not deemed part of the family household unit should not be entered into TCCMS.
