eligibility and case management system should contain the physical address of
the applicant/recipient and the mailing address, if different. ·
The
eligibility and case management system should also contain the living
arrangement code that is appropriate for the assistance unit. ·
Any
discrepancies reported and the subsequent findings about the place of
residence should be recorded in the eligibility and case management system. |
