All
information regarding relationship must be documented in the eligibility and
case management system. Any other
pertinent information regarding relationship must be documented. For example, once the relationship is
verified, it is not necessary to verify relationship again unless the
information becomes questionable. If
that occurs, the caseworker must document the eligibility and case management
system regarding the questionable circumstances and the outcome of the
verification. |
