DEATH |

Deprivation because of death of one or both
parents must be documented in the eligibility and case management
system. Verification of death may be
obtained through any of the following sources: ·
Death
certificate. ·
Physician’s
report or statement. ·
Funeral home
records. ·
Cemetery
records. ·
Newspaper
notices. ·
The Division
of Vital Records. ·
Statements
from persons in a position to know. |
