	DHS will ensure that all Families First applicants have the opportunity to successfully complete the application process and all applicants/recipients who have a work requirement, or who want to volunteer to participate in the program, have the opportunity to do so. Clients will be asked if they will agree to a screening to determine if any accommodations are needed. Remember, the screenings are voluntary.	Glossary
