Interviewing plays a vital role in client
and agency communication. Interviews
provide an opportunity for the client to communicate on a more substantive
level. The skillful use of the interview permits the caseworker/client rep to
obtain accurate and reliable information, which is used to determine
eligibility and develop the Personal Responsibility Plan. |
