21.0	PAYMENTS/BENEFITS EXCLUDED IN ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATION	Food Stamp Table of Contents

1240-1-4-.15	Certain payments and benefits which might ordinarily be considered income are excluded under federal law or regulation from consideration as income for eligibility purposes. This means that these payments are not counted when applying the Gross Income Test or when computing cash assistance or food stamp benefits. This chapter lists some exclusions.	Glossary of Terms
