1240-1-4-.15(9)	(a) WIA On-the-Job-Training Programs Earnings for WIA on-the-job training programs are excluded only for individuals under age 19 who are under the parental control of an adult household member. Note: On-the-job training payments received under the Summer Youth Employment and Training Program are excluded.
