RESTORATION OF LOSS BENEFITS |

The county office must restore to the household benefits, which were lost whenever the loss was caused by an error by the county office, or by the SSA through joint processing. Such an error must include, but not limited to, the loss of an applicant’s food stamp application after it has been filed with SSA. Lost benefits shall be restored in accordance with 1240-1-20-.09. |
