GOOD CAUSE FOR FAILURE TO TIMELY REAPPLY |
|
1240-1-19-.01(5) |
If the worker determines that the
household had good cause for failure to reapply timely,
or otherwise to complete the certification process in a timely manner, so
that the household was unable to participate in the month following the
expiration of its certification period, lost benefits may be restored. The determination of good cause will be
made on a case-by-case basis. Good
cause reasons include, but are not limited to, personal illness or failure to
receive a timely notice of expiration of the certification period. |
