Each household member who is not otherwise exempt as described in Section 1240-1-3-.43-(2)(a) must register for employment prior to certification and once a year thereafter. Persons losing their exemption due to a change that is required to be reported by the household (i.e., loss of income, parent’s dependent child leaves home, loss of unemployment compensation) must register for work as a condition of continued eligibility. |
