Food Stamp program participants in Tennessee and across the nation are beginning to see the real effects of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. If you receive Food Stamps, your benefit amount (allotment) is going to increase beginning April 1, 2009. The increase is due to the stimulus package and will be automatically added to your EBT card.
