The Federal Claims Unit is responsible for processing unemployment claims for the following:
  1. Individuals separated from the Federal Government ( UCFE) Individual discharged from the U.S. Military ( UCX) Individuals who have lost their jobs due to the import of foreign-made products. (TRA) Individuals who are attending training approved under the Trade Act (TAA)

  1. Prevention, detection, and collection of benefit overpayments.
  2. management of claimant bankruptcy information
