& Workforce Development Group to help more than 100 Murfreesboro Veteran's
families for Christmas NASHVILLE - Tennessee Department of Labor & Workforce Development Commissioner James G. Neeley, on behalf of the International Association of Workforce Professionals, will help give Christmas baskets to more than 100 needy veterans' families in Murfreesboro at the Tennessee Career Center at 220 East Vine Street on Monday, December 22, beginning at 10 a.m. Commissioner Neeley is a member of the International Association of Workforce Professionals who worked together to gather Christmas goodies to distribute to the families of local Veterans and families from the National Guard who are serving in Iraq. Donations will include turkey and the fixings and toys for children. The International Association of Workforce Professionals works towards helping the community in community projects such as this one. They also work to protect state employees and establish scholarship funds to promote education.
