Description

The Forensic Tracking Re-certification is designed specifically for officers who have not been in an approved and documented training program within the last 12 months.  The re-certification program includes a refresher on the tracking techniques as well as a graded crime scene practical at the end of the program.  In addition, an overview of the instruction on the Mountain Survival topics taught by the Mountain Trackers Association will be on the first day of the instruction.

Length

32 hours

 

Prerequisites

To attend this program, students must have completed the Basic and Intermediate Forensic Tracking Courses, or the Basic and Advanced Tracking Courses conducted by the Mountain Trackers Association.

An equipment list will be sent upon registration.
