The Department of Commerce and Insurance has posted two FAQs related to Navigator and Certified Application Counselor registration requirements. The first (available here) relates to offering educational information related to the Affordable Care Act and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace. The second (available here) answers questions related to the application and background check processes.
The Department has also posted application packets for Navigator and Certified Application Counselor entities and individuals.
