Education and Roster Submission

Courses by selected types:

(CR) = Classroom (PP) = Paper and Pencil Distance Learning (W)=Webinar Distance Learning (I) = Internet Distance Learning

- Pre-License Courses shall not be used for continuing education.

- Education Providers have (10) working days to submit your education roster.

- Education shall post on the day you completed the education and not the date TREC receives it.

- To renew your license online, visit http://apps.tn.gov/cirens

- To verify your education online, visit http://verify.tn.gov, follow the directions and remember to hit the details button for license information.

- Code of Ethics is a requirement of your local board of REALTORS(R)

The TREC Core Course is a mandatory Course to renew your license.
