AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 43, Chapter 33, relative to the Aquaculture Advisory Board.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-218(a), is amended by deleting item (25) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-220(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Aquaculture Advisory Board, created by Section 43-33-102;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
