AN ACT To amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 68, Chapter 55, relative to the traumatic brain injury advisory council.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:

SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-218(a), is amended by deleting item (22 ) in its entirety.

SECTION 2. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-29-222(a), is amended by adding the following as a new item thereto:

( ) Traumatic brain injury advisory council, created by Section 68-55-102;

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1998, the public welfare requiring it.
