State Offices Closed in Observance of Labor Day

In observance of Labor Day, state offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010. Our Service Desk will be closed, and no corporate work will be processed on that day. Our offices will reopen for business at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.

Additionally, Business Services maintains certain business information on its searchable databases. Some of this information includes: business name, principal office address, registered agent, and business status.
