Under T.C.A. §3-6-303, all registered Employers of Lobbyists must disclose their lobbying expenses to the Tennessee Ethics Commission.  This disclosure must be made semi-annually (within 45 days of the six month period ending March 31st, and within 45 days of the six month period ending September 30th).
