Sections 71-3-525 and 71-3-526, formerly §§ 14-10-125 and §§ 14-10-126(Acts 1978, ch. 776, §§ 1, 2, 4; T.C.A., §§ 14-1425, 14-1426), concerning child in agency's care 18 months or longer, plan for child's immediate adoption or return to parents, and petitions to court requesting continuation of custody of children, were repealed by Act 1984, ch. 789, § 6.
