Provider Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a TennCare/Medicaid Provider
This section has been designed to assist provider persons and provider group / entities in completing the necessary information needed for registration in the TennCare program (in order to receive reimbursement for both TennCare and Medicare/Medicaid cross-over claims and/or the EHR Incentive Payment Program).
If you are provider person, you must have a Medicaid Billing ID. You will use the assigned TennCare Medicaid ID to contract with a Managed Care Organization. Additionally, you must have a TennCare Medicaid ID on file for Medicare Cross-over Claims to process, individually or with a group as well as the EHR Incentive Program.

Provider Groups / Entities must complete the Group / Entity application packet from Provider Group Entity Registration .
