The Consumer Services Division (CSD) is responsible for monitoring the quality of services provided by regulated utilities, and enforcing the rules and regulations of the Authority. A major aspect of the duties of the CSD is to investigate and mediate consumer complaints involving regulated utilities. The CSD also acts as the consumer outreach office for the Authority by developing and implementing programs to educate the public on utility issues.
