Mission Statement

To provide materials for the citizens of Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne, Morgan, Scott, and Union Counties. We will provide services to people who do not have access to such services; to assist local government to develop and expand library services; to train local library staff and trustees. We will serve as a link between the Tennessee State Library and Archives and local libraries.
