SPECIALTY LICENSE PLATE FOR DISTINGUISHED FLYING CROSS RECIPIENTS
Authorizes issuance of two memorial license plates to recipients of the Distinguished Flying Cross free of charge.

Distinguished Flying Cross - This plate is available to Tennessee residents who are registering a private passenger motor vehicle and who are recipients of the Distinguished Flying Cross. Applicants must provide a letter or DD214 from the Department of Veterans Affairs indicating they are a Distinguished Flying Cross recipient. There is no annual fee for this plate and it cannot be personalized.
