- Important Notice Regarding Collection Service Location Managers
On April 23, 2013, Governor Bill Haslam signed Public Chapter 180 into law. As a result of this Act, licensed collection services are no longer required to have a licensed location manager for each location and no new licenses will be issued for collection service location managers. If you previously filed an application on or after September 1, 2012, with the Collection Service Board for a location manager license which was currently pending approval by the Board (no license was ever issued and the application had not been denied), you may contact the Collection Service Board at 615-741-1741 or by mail at Collection Service Board, 500 James Robertson Parkway, Nashville, TN 37243 to request a refund of the application fee.
In your request, please provide the following information:
The name in which the license was requested and the date on which you filed the application. Also please include the address where you request that the refund be sent.
