  • May 25, 2018
    • There will be a public hearing before the Technical Secretary of the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board to consider revisions to the Tennessee Division of Air Pollution Control’s Ambient Air Monitoring Plan. An annual evaluation of this plan is required by federal regulations. The hearing will be conducted in the manner prescribed by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-5-201 et. seq. and will take place in the 15th Floor Conference Room B of William R. Snodgrass Tennessee Tower, 312 Rosa L. Parks Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee, 37243 at 9:30 a.m. on the 25th day of June, 2018.  The comment period is from June 1, 2018 until July 3, 2018. Comments are taken electronically, by mail, or at the public hearing. Comments can be submitting electronically to air.pollution.control@tn.gov

    • There will be a public hearing before the Technical Secretary of the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board to consider the promulgation of an amendment to the Tennessee State Implementation Plan pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 68-201-105. The comments received at this hearing will be presented to the Tennessee Air Pollution Control Board for their consideration in regards to the proposed amendment. The hearing will be conducted in the manner prescribed by the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 4-5-201 et. seq. and will take place in the 15th Floor Conference Room, Division of Air Pollution Control, located at William R.
