Beginning February 28, 2021, facilities should reference the CMS County Positivity Data at: https://data.cms.gov/stories/s/COVID-19-Nursing-Home-Data/bkwz-xpvg to determine staff testing frequency. Guide to accessing CMS data 

This list contains all long-term care facilities with ≥1 new case in a resident or staff within the last 28 days. Case counts include all cases reported in the currently open cluster and may include cases that are older than 28 days.
