Traumatic Brain Injury

The Traumatic Brain Injury Program is designed to assist individuals who have an acquired brain injury. Services are provided to help individuals reach their highest level of functioning in order to live and work as independently as possible. A multidisciplinary team work together to provide a coordinated program of services to include the following:

  • Occupational and Physical Therapy
  • Speech and Language Therapy
  • Behavioral Instruction
  • Cognitive Therapy 
  • Job Readiness and Instruction
  • Community Re-entry Training
  • Vision Therapy
  • Psychological Counseling Services

    • Community outings
    • Community Service Project
