The Addictions Recovery Program (ARP) offers a variety of coordinated services to individuals in recovery from substance abuse issues.

Lifeline Peer Project

The Lifeline Peer Project was established to reduce stigma related to the disease of addiction and increase access to substance abuse recovery like Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Program

Tennessee’s Certified Peer Recovery Specialist program provides State certification for individuals who provide direct peer-to-peer support services to others who have mental illness, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders.

Housing and Homeless Services

Information on housing services and resources for the homeless, including those who have become homeless while dealing with addiction or opioid abuse.

Oxford Houses

Oxford Houses are safe, supportive housing options for adults at least 18 years old who are in recovery from alcohol abuse and/or drug abuse.

Resources on employment for those who have struggled with addiction.
