Citizen Complaints

Any citizen who would like to lodge a complaint against a staff member of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation can request an official complaint form, which can be picked up in person at TBI Headquarters in Nashville or mailed by the TBI's Protective Services Unit.

Please complete and sign the form and return it through the mail or in person to TBI Headquarters in Nashville.
